Body art isn't just reserved for permanent markings at the tattoo convention. Here, a topless tattoo model is worked on with body paint for the convention kick off on March 22, 2013.

Skin and art are all the rage at the 21st annual convention. Women sport bikini tops – and sometimes even less – because the festival is all about showing off one's body!
